SPM For Auto Hydraulic Milling Heavy Duty machine

Regarding above Milling SPM details are :

(1)      Heavy duty (100X50) hardened and ground guide ways

(2)      With hardened and ground keeper plates keeping sliding clearance within 0.03

(3)      Main slide Y-axis will move towards column by hydraulic cylinder

(4)      Cross slide with T-slots will move manually

(5)   Enough T-slots are provided to lock your maximum od Dia.219 manually

(6)      Rigid Column with hardened and ground guide ways with slide to mount facing head stock and with arbor and 150 mm side and face cutter

(7)      Depth of cut ( 3 mm ) to be taken by manual sliding (Z-axis) head stock slide

(8)      Flange Mounted 15 to 20 HP motor with AC variable drive will be mounted on head stock with reduction speed. 

(9)      Hydraulic Power pack with 2 HP motor and heavy duty cylinder about 400 stroke.
