Technical Features :

1        Box Stand : To mount Headstock, slides, electrical, enough top floor is kept. The bottom supports are not separately joint, but integral as a one piece. Because of from bottom to top one piece, vibrations will be avoided. Necessary guarding are provided.

2        Headstock :Fabricated /  Casted, having hardened and ground spindle. Spindle

Nose is capable to hold various collets and cutter arbour  , suitable to your requirement. There are 2 head stock 1.is for Drilling and 2 is for boring operation

Each head stock having separate motors with required HP/KW.

3        Base and Slides :Fabricated / Casted with hardened and ground rigid guide ways, keeping sliding clearances within 0.005 mm to 0.010 mm by keeper plate and taper wedges. Both slides will move (RAPID + FEED) forward by Hydraulic cylinder.

4        Electrical : All electrical will be used of reputed make companies. Electrical

control panel will be mounted on box stand and operating panel box will be

mounted as suitable to machine operator.

4        Hydraulics : Hydraulics of reputed makes like Dowty pumps, Polyhydron valves, Yuken make solenoids are to be used.

      5        Operation sequence : Component to be mounted on rigid fixed job holding fixture with V-blocks . And job will be clamped by hydraulic cylinder. After clamping job Electric motor will start and drilling opn.will be comleted( RAPID and FEED ) and after completion of drilling opn. Head will return rapidly.and then boring opn. Will start Forward rapid + feed + return feed and rapid.
